Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2. Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a prorated or full refund in cases of:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Documented prolonged service outages caused by Synctra.
  • A billing error on our part.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@webheadllc.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Credits & Usage

Unused monthly credits do not roll over and are not refundable. Additional configuration, integrations, and verifications may be required for the Service to function as intended; setup work is not grounds for a refund.
